Product Overview

High-Density Double-Wall Polyethylene pipe for Underground cable protection Conduits are mainly being used in application of underground electrical, optical fiber cable networks, Power and telecommunication network. The Pipe is composed of two mutually co-extruded layers. These pipes prove to be best used in Conduiting whether in open climatic conditions or buried beneath the ground.

Material

The pipes are made of High-Density Polyethylene (HOPE), which is characterized for its good mechanical and chemical properties. It does not only provide economical benefits and solutions of the existing problems.

Electrical

The utility electricity sector in India has one National Grid with an installed capacity of 331.11 GW as on 31 October-2017. Renewable power plants constituted 31.7% to total installed capacity. During the fiscal year 2016-17, the gross electricity generated by utilities in India was 1,236.39TWh and the total electricity generation (utilities and non utilities) in the country was 1,433.4 Twh. The gross electricity consumption was 1,122 kWh per capita in the year 2016-17. India is the world’s third largest producer and fourth largest consumer of electricity. Electric energy consumption in agriculture was recorded highest (17.89%) in 2015-16 among all countries. The Pipe is composed of two mutually co-extruded layers. These pipes prove to be best used in Conducting whether in open climatic conditions or buried beneath the ground.

Application:

Gigapipe System is specially designed for underground cable ducting, Sewerage networks, Gravity flow applications and underground burial usage for protection of urban utilities. Made from HOPE, Gigapipe caters to the various Ducting requirements in India. Gigapipe is a widely utilized product by many sectors. Many of the real estate companies, State Electricity Boards, Power Distribution Companies, Public Works Departments, Telecom Companies and so on.

These pipes are the replacement of Open Wiring system for Safe Operations of any unit and their stakeholders. In India FRP Cable Trays, Concrete Cable Trenches, trenches made of brickworks are commonly used for routing of electrical cables for electric distribution and their protection. We have a specially designed solution forthis purposes as a safe alternative

Manufactured on highly sophisticated Equipment imported from Germany having microprocessor controlled system and a state – of – artextrusion process to provide better quaility product.

Made of High Density Polythylene Double Walled Corrugated pipes are manufactured to protect the underground cabling systems as well as they can cater the open wiring system as these pipes are insert to enviornmental conditions.

Available in a wide variety of sizes, aiding designers with the flexibility of making a suitable size choise i.e. from 70 mm to 500 mm dia.
